Management of employee relationship through collaboration can have a substantial contribution to achievement of success in the operational change. Therefore, Desert Communications managers should use effective methods of interacting with employees. In this case, there are substantial roles played by human resource managers in collaborations to facilitate success in areas like training and coaching (Robbins & Judge, 2011). Moreover, managers should use this collaboration to establish and foster a mutual relationship with employees, which facilitates processes of monitoring employees and evaluating their performance.

Managers should also focus on dealing with challenges influencing employee performance in these groups and teams. This will increase their motivation and efficiency; thus, operational chance will not affect their development.
