The solution lies in implementing modern technology to advance the infrastructure of airports at all levels.
With the idea of revolutionizing passenger experience, global airports consider various options such as focusing on making passengers’ time spent in terminals more pleasurable instead of centralizing all processes. Often, passengers should wait for luggage drop and pick up too long, which created additional stress while registering for a flight and receiving their bags.
