In order to receive more information, Susan and grey might want to learn all the typical businesses processes performed in the company. In this case, such information can be obtained from the top managers of each division in the company, sales, operations, and financials. In that regard, the president of the company might provide the main strategic direction of the company, including those processes which the company only intends to implement. An example can be seen through the online access of the company, a feature that was not available yet. There are many factors that might affect the information system of the company. Such factors can be categorized based on their nature, external and internal.
