Questionnaire on Human Resources Management

Human Resources Management (HRM) is a department that sets policies which acts as administration to staff in a given organization. The department recruits, promotes, trains, supervises managements, pays and dismisses staffs. The purpose of questionnaire on Human Resource Management is to identify trends comparatively. Its main objective is to supervise data on policies implemented by the human resource management with an intention of highlighting changes. This questionnaire comprises of quantitative and qualitative parts. The qualitative part reviews impact of human resource policies on employees while the quantitative part reviews human resource rules of working, and outlines various procedures that are applicable in the organization continuity.
