Beverages are made to entice or, for taking during celebrations. Drinks like alcohol are made to stimulate people, to be more active. Many people, therefore, like drinks in order to satisfy their pleasures. The quality and the composition of the drinks are tested, to ensure that the drink is safe for human consumption. If not safe and taken, it can cause severe poisoning to the one who may take it. It is with a lot of pain and regrets that I got complain, concerning our products as Pepsi bottling plant. The rate of failure is reaching 60% which raises a lot of alarm to the public, and also the administration. If the bottles are shaken, there is an explosion, and the liquid escapes out instantly.
In the above matrix, when the inputs are high, the likelihood of a failure may be high or low. Mostly a lot of efforts and other inputs have been put into place. This therefore brings into the sense, the importance of keen investigation of the business.
The following are the possible causes of explosions to the drinks.
Excess amount of dissolved carbon (iv) oxide-when the gas is excess, this creates higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure and may cause explosions. (Feng,2021). Failure to dissolve carbon (iv) oxide into the drink -when the gas is not dissolved in the soda, it exerts a lot of pressure and this leads to an explosion. Improper sealing of the bottles-if bottles is not firmly sealed, the pressure inside may cause an explosion of the bottle, and pour out the liquid. Due to the problem, the following are the consequences and risks put to the company.
Wastage of resources – the materials which have been used in making the bottles go to waste since a larger percentage explodes, rendering the bottles useless. These bottles have been bought with a lot of money, which has cost the company a lot. The raw materials used to make the drink have also cost the company a lot of money; and all this goes to waste. It is really causing a lot of pain and alarm to the concerned party. loss of market-since our customers have witnessed that our products are going to waste unexpectedly, this may cause a lot of fear to the buyers and hence fail to consider our company for the products. (Fujita,2021) Lack of trust – the customers may not trust our products since they have discovered abnormal explosions in our products. They therefore may suspect a poisonous element might have been incorporated while preparing the drink
Therefore, it is our duty to make our name and reassure the customers of quality products and services. Efforts are in progress to apologize to the customer who faced the problem, and assuring them that it was a minor mistake and therefore it will not be repeated. The following are the strategies made, in order to maintain and attract more customers to our company. Proper communication – every member should give exact and relevant information to the customers on the products. Adding another quality assurance officer, this will ensure that the products are properly checked before being availed for customer consumption. Adding more workers in our company – this will ensure that all processes are done adequately and also within a short period of time, to hasten the process of delivery and also customer service.
To conclude, it should be everyone’s responsibility to ensure that every process is done well, all the right procedures followed and also the customer is served well in order to create a good relationship with one another. All the members should be self-driven for the company to run well. In case of any confusion in the procedures, you should make consultations with the relevant authorities. I therefore call upon all the members to work together in order to realize a common goal while united.
