In some cases, in the organisation, there arise cultural barriers. In an organisation, effective communication of different cultures is not simple. Cultures of people depend on how they think, how they see and analyse the whole world. The behaviour of an organisation is closely related to the culture of that particular organisation exists. In an organisation, there we can’t give a particular definition, but there can identify the employee with good culture. While senior managers play a great part in significant organisational culture by their procedures and guidance, all employees provide to the organisational culture.
“An organisation’s culture is single and unusual, and it evolves from all the experiences, expansion, and development that have previously occurred. So while there is no ideal for aspiring to, what you do want to do is set in place characteristics that will help your organisation adapt to whatever comes it’s way.”
Here in the case of Alice, David says that his door is always open, but he is not available for her when Alice has had a problem. As being a superior officer, his duty to give full support to Alice, but the situation come as he can’t keep his words. David may enforce company values and principles of behaviour that exclusively reveal the objectives of the organisation.
There should be an internal culture in a firm that will help to maintain the workforce. Groups within the organisation have their own behavioural quirks and relations, which will affect the whole system. But it’s not working out properly, and it will affect the entire result or the organisation’s return. Organisation’s culture is simpler than our personal culture, and it can change so easily.
