Organizations do not have a responsibility to their community as they have their management and owners who establish their operating strategies and major goals to secure their efficient functioning. Their responsibility ends with employing its members, which is also one of the most important points in their operating for the people belonging to local communities. However, the employees of such organizations can contribute to the life of their communities if they choose to do so on the level of their personal initiative.

The employees may contribute to solving local problems on the reason of their personal vision and desire to help their fellow people. If the organizations do not have their responsibility to the local community, they can be better focused on their goals, including providing better working conditions for their employees and securing their higher level of prosperity, as a result, which appears to be one of the most important matters for the life of the local community as people need secure economic conditions more than everything, and if they are provided with them, it will create a strong basis for such people to make their personal contribution to the life of the local community.

Employing people is the most important social responsibility for organizations and corporations, and they will definitely succeed in it better in case they are not destroyed by any other time and funds consuming projects. In addition, organizations have thousands of responsibilities on a state and global level. In case they are involved in solving local problems, they will become destructed and will fail on a more global scale.
