Rawabi Holding can receive significant benefits after reorganizing its corporate social responsibility (CSR) and charity programs. Outcomes can be even better after creating a new position of Chief Coordinator (Supervisor) to control and manage these programs. The main focus is on improving the corporate image and reputation of the company among stakeholders. Thus, it is expected that Rawabi Holding will promote its CSR and philanthropy division within the Corporate Services Department. CSR & Corporate Communications Manager is the head of this division. The chief Coordinator will control the activities of Rawabi Holding Charity Programs and report to CSR & Corporate Communications Manager.
The CSR division includes five charity programs that contribute to developing health, culture, sports, employment, and volunteering in communities to guarantee sustainable development. The work of the CSR and philanthropy division under the leadership of the Chief Coordinator guarantees that charity foundations and programs that operate according to the CSR strategic goals and sustainability objectives are effectively integrated and monitored with the help of social media, continuous communication, and the use of mobile apps. As a result, the Chief Coordinator works to ensure that activities of charity foundations and programs contribute not only to social development and sustainability but also to the improvement of the company’s image and reputation through increasing brand awareness and recognition. The chief Coordinator’s goals at this stage are to ensure the integration of charity programs and initiatives and to contribute to social, economic, and environmental substantiality in communities. Therefore, the position of Chief Coordinator is important to improve the work of Rawabi Holding’s CSR division.
