Firstly, transformational leadership is driven by the core values of humility, passion, and integrity. Passion involves creating structures and context which focus on impacting the energies and capabilities of the staff and motivates them to commit themselves towards the achievement of specific goals of the organization. Humility involves putting their expertise and ego aside to model curiosity and be reflexive on how one can serve and support others towards the personal leadership excursion. Integrity helps in valuing and recognizing the perspective of others and adapting to the values and vision to lead others (Ruben & Gigliotti, 2019). It helps extend trust and develop a sense of collective and individual responsibility to pursue short-term and long-term objectives. When implemented correctly in the organization, these values inspire the workers to dedicate their effort to achieving the set goals and objectives.

Furthermore, transformational leadership has a mission statement that focuses on goal achievement. The mission emphasizes that leaders induce positive change in the organization by acting as role models to influence others to achieve g specific values. In the nursing service, transformational leaders tend to control their subordinates and use their goals as inspirational motivation. Since they encounter lots of stress in their workplace, they are positively influenced to develop a remarkable ability to cope with the situations (Broome & Marshall, 2021). A study conducted in the United States indicated differences between the local health department in regard to their workforce development strategies, leadership, and cultural support. These domains indicated the importance of investing in transformational leadership to increase their performance and efficiency (Duggan et al., 2015). Therefore, when an individual has a clear focus and works hard towards achieving the goal of an organization, it becomes possible to transform the conversation and efforts to achieve the goals.

In addition, transformational leaders can use various key behaviors like inspirational motivation and individualized consideration in an organization. Leaders ought to motivate and inspire followers to abandon their comfort zones and be optimistic about their future goals. Knowing the meaning and purpose of an organization inspires the workers to put their efforts into goal achievement (Sosik & Jung, 2018). For instance, communication skills make the goals encouraging, understandable, and precise to everyone. Moreover, individual consideration involves leaders attending to the personal needs of each follower and mentor and listening to their concerns. For example, a leader can discuss a particular problem with the follower and show compassion for their needs. The leader will encourage the follower not to give up but nurture his profession and personal growth (Sosik & Jung, 2018). When these key behaviors are correctly applied in an organization, they help to inspire followers, share their concerns, and build their profession towards goal achievement.
